What If I Need To Change My Order?

The short answer: Please contact us as quickly as possible! We mean that. ASAP. :)

The long explanation:

Sometimes mistakes happen. Maybe you accidentally clicked the wrong size or meant to order a different design. In these situations we will do our best to support you.

Please note that our manufacturer automates order processing to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Such speedy processing means that you need to change your order before the manufacturer begins work. Orders usually begin the creation process within one to 24 hrs from the time of your purchase.

Once your order is submitted for creation, it is going to be custom-made and we are no longer able to make changes. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to use our recommended size charts (located on the page for each product) to ensure you receive exactly what you want.
